The menu is developed by our team of chefs, under the direction and leadership of Owner Kevin Grangier and Le Moo Executive Chef Hayley Charron. The restaurant is designed to appeal to a wide and varied clientele; the kitchen team is trained to accommodate every request. Boasting the most eclectic steak menu in Louisville, Le Moo offers a cut for every palate.

We are open six days a week, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We serve both brunch from 10 a.m. till 3 p.m., and dinner from 5 till 9 p.m. daily.
